Each confirmed booking carries a deposit. It is simply how a careful agency looks after both sides: your time is reserved in her diary, and she can turn other plans away knowing the evening will happen.
This covers standard hotel and residence bookings. When the desk has verified three details with you on WhatsApp (your full name, where you are staying, your room), 25 percent follows by bank transfer. It is deducted from the fee, and the remainder is settled on arrival.
This covers overnights, events and travel bookings: half of the fee is transferred ahead of the date. Her travel is arranged against it, so the part that covers travel cannot be refunded once booked.

Included in it are her travel, wherever you are inside Zones 1 and 2, an arrival dressed for the setting you described, and the desk's planning before and during the booking. There are no priced extras, no half-hour bookings and no supplements at the door. Everyone in the gallery is booked on this one ladder, so choosing one woman over another never changes the price.
