Privacy, kept to what a booking needs

Messages travel through WhatsApp or Telegram under those companies' own privacy terms. We never ask for card details and hold none.

Booking details last until the evening is over and any payment matter is closed, then they are deleted in routine housekeeping. We build no file on you and keep no mailing list. The chat on your own phone is yours to erase at any point, and we will delete our side of it earlier if asked.

Under UK GDPR you can obtain a copy of whatever we hold on you, have mistakes put right and have the whole of it erased. Make the request on either WhatsApp or Telegram, and expect a short answer, since so little is held. If our response does not satisfy you, you are entitled to take a complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office. Nothing you tell us ever appears in a web address or anywhere on this site.
